Imagine: as you leave your home in the morning, you take one last look inside and it appears that a tornado swept through and left a trail of dirty dishes, toys, clothes and yogurt smears in its wake. You smile and close the door because you know your House Fairy will take care of it. When you get home, dishes are washed, toys are picked up and clothes are clean, folded AND put away. What??

What is a house fairy?

A House Fairy takes care of the day-to-day household tasks - dishes, laundry, meal prep, toy pickup and general tidying - all while you’re away for the day.

What a House Fairy is not:

A House Fairy doesn’t replace a cleaning service, rather supplements it. We don’t mop, dust, clean walls or scrub bathrooms. Many of our clients have monthly or bi-monthly house cleaners in addition to a House Fairy. Other clients find that the deep cleaning tasks are easier to tackle because they’re not having to worry about the seemingly never-ending piles of laundry and dishes.

How often does a house fairy visit?

We recommend a minimum of three visits per week and three hours per visit. This allows your House Fairy time to accomplish most tasks without having to waste time playing catch-up. A more robust, 5 day per week schedule would allow your Fairy ample time for things like meal prep or other auxiliary tasks previously agreed upon.

Does it cost an arm and a leg?

Actually, no. Our goal is to make household help accessible to a wider audience. The cost will vary widely depending on frequency of visits, the size of your home and what you'd like your House Fairy to accomplish. The goal of a consultation is to make a plan that works for your individual home and budget.

does a house fairy only visit houses?

No! Apartment, Condo, Townhome, House - if it has laundry, dishes, toys, books, crumbs and/or unmade beds - we're there.

Do you use real magic?

No, but the effect is the same. You'll never know the difference!
